Since all our products are digital (top-up cards and electronic codes), they are delivered instantly after payment and cannot be returned or exchanged except for specific cases such as invalid or incorrect codes.

3. Procedure
The customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing the order number and evidence of the issue.
We review cases within 3 business days and issue a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
